Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She co-owns Crossfit Reykjavik where she also runs and coaches. Annie was the first female ever to win in the CrossFit Games two times. She placed second in the in the 2010 and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders CrossFit athlete weightlifter and media star. Her fame stems from her being the first woman who won the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 and 2012. Other accomplishments include winning Dubai Fitness Competitions in 2017, and 2013. Annie and her siblings and parents was born and raised in Reykjavik Iceland. Annie was an avid sportsperson and was active from an early age. In 2009, she participated as a participant in the very first CrossFit game in California. In 2012, Annie took home at the CrossFit Games because of her remarkable performance. She was the first female athlete who has won two CrossFit Games consecutively. Also, in 2014 she won a silver medal and in the year 2021 she won the bronze medal at CrossFit Games. Annie is an instructor and coach in Crossfit Reykjavik, which she started in the year 2000. Annie's rise in popularity as an athlete has seen her become the model for a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Periodization Nuunhydration Sidekick Yerbae. Aside from that, she owns a self-titled Youtube channel that has a couple of thousands of subscribers. There, her training diet family videos and travel vlogs are published.
