Ali MacGraw

Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actor, animal advocate and a writer, who has won numerous prizes. The actress is famous for movies such as Love Story (1970) Goodbye Columbus (1969) as well as The Getaway (1972). Growing up in a family of artists living in New York she wished to work in the field of arts. Her first job was as a photographer's assistant, before progressing to acting and modeling. She was noticed in her first two movies and was awarded the Golden Globe Award for Most Promising newcomer. The MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was a huge hit that brought her fame worldwide and also an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award.
